How do I know which package fits my clinic?

Where is pricing? Do you publish plans on the website?

We do not list public pricing or plan tiers on this marketing site. Commercial terms, package scope, and onboarding are confirmed during your demo or early-access conversation so they match your provider count and which package you choose.

Do you take a percentage of revenue we recover?

No. Novintel does not take a cut of fees you recover from no-shows, late cancellations, or policy enforcement. Commercial terms are agreed upfront when you onboard, not tied to a share of recovered income.

Does Novintel handle medical records or patient health information?

We don't touch your medical records. Novintel does not store, process, or manage clinical notes, diagnoses, prescriptions, imaging, or other patient health information. We focus on appointment scheduling, policies, fees, payments, and operational visibility. Clinical records stay in your existing PMS or EMR.

We already use a PMS or EMR (e.g. SOE, Dentally, Cliniko). Do we have to migrate?

No. Your PMS or EMR stays for records, charting, and long-term administration. Novintel runs the appointment lifecycle in parallel: booking, reminders, outcomes, and financial accountability tied to slots. A deep native integration is not required to get value from the revenue protection layer.

What does Novintel do that a typical PMS doesn't focus on?

Most practice systems centre on patient management and medical records. Novintel centres on appointment operations: policy enforcement at booking, reminders, consistent handling of late cancels and no-shows, balances and recoverable revenue in one place, and an audit trail of what changed and why.

How do late cancellations and no-shows get handled financially?

You define policies (notice windows, fees, deposits, exceptions). Novintel applies them consistently and shows what is owed, paid, or recoverable per appointment, so leakage from informal enforcement is visible in real pounds (£).

What's included in onboarding?

Onboarding is guided: we work through your policies, booking flows, notifications, and (if relevant) Cliniko sync with you. You are not given a login and left to configure everything alone. Scope depends on whether you start on revenue protection, clinic operations, or both over time.

Does this work for multi-practitioner or multi-location clinics?

Yes. Novintel is aimed at clinics with real appointment volume across multiple providers, rooms, or sites. Rules and reporting are shaped during onboarding to match how you run the diary.

Integrations

Do I need an integration?

No. Novintel works standalone. Integrations are optional: they let appointments sync in parallel with a supported system (such as Cliniko) when you want diary-aligned workflows without replacing that system.

Is Cliniko required?

No. Cliniko is our first official partner integration, not a requirement. If you already use Cliniko, see our Cliniko integration page for how revenue protection and clinic operations packages work alongside your Cliniko diary.

How do I connect Cliniko?

Sign in at your clinic's Novintel Cliniko login URL, add your Cliniko API key in Settings (encrypted at rest), then run an on-demand appointment sync for your date range. Step-by-step detail is on the Cliniko integration page.
