How Novintel fits your clinic

Can we change plans or switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Move between Starter, Practice, and Clinic as your provider count grows, and switch billing cadence when it suits you. Annual billing is priced at ten months, with two months free versus paying monthly.

Are there any percentage fees on recovered revenue?

No. Your subscription is the platform fee on these plans. Whatever your clinic recovers through no-show and cancellation enforcement is entirely yours. We do not take a cut of recovered revenue.

What's included in onboarding support?

Plans include a guided setup, and we configure your policies, booking widget, and email templates with you. You are not handed a portal and left to figure it out.

We already use a PMS or EMR (e.g. SOE, Dentally). Do we have to migrate?

No. Novintel is not a replacement for your patient or clinical system. Your PMS or EMR stays in place for records, charting, and administration.
